George presented well when he came to do the initial survey and valuationHe gave a clear and well thought through explanation of the valuationWe achieved slightly over asking on the first day of viewingsWe had a tricky situation with the chain and our buyer but this was managed well by George and Kate to reach exchange.Communication and responsiveness was very good and we had good access to the team.Overall happy with the service and experience - very different (in a positive way) to another well known estate agent in the area.
