I completed the paperwork on late Friday afternoon 3/20 and noticed that I'd forgotten to list my wife on the title along with myself. I called Anthony first thing the next morning and he said he was not able to add her. I can't imagine that the DMV form had already been sent out since it fell on a weekend and I don't think it would have been a big deal to write in her name as the joint owner. I paid cash for the car so there wasn't any loan paperwork associated with the purchase. Now I have to send the title back in to DMV in 6 weeks or so to add her and pay the fee again.My sales person, Max, was extremely responsive and great to deal with. He fed me all the information on my order that he could get.Charles in the parts department is also great to deal with! He has gotten me several parts over the years for my old 2014 Outlander Sport and always goes above and beyond to provide great customer service!Mitsubishi's vehicle ordering process needs to be improved. I have ordered several vehicles in the past from GM and FCA for our company and they do a better job. They give you a build sheet at time of order showing you a breakdown of the MSRP. They also give you the cost you're going to pay and state that you will get any rebates in place at time of delivery. Then, they update you when your vehicle receives a VIN and feed you information on when it's supposed to arrive. I wasn't able to get the actual MSRP on my new Outlander Sport until it arrived at the dealership and Max sent me a photo of the window sticker.My salesperson, Max, was very responsive and great to deal with.The sales manager, Matt, who took my deposit and placed the order was not able to be reached after I placed the order. I called him a few times and he didn't get back to me. The car didn't arrive on the late February projection and finally came in on 3/18.

Overall pleasant experience. Negotiated a great price, was satisfied with trade in value. Test drive, price and financing, the sales team and delivery of vehicle was flawless from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend Mitsubishi to friends and family if looking for a vehicle.It was a pleasant experience.

Having to keep asking about other incentives that could be combined. I feel like there could of been additional things that could have been done so I could have gotten an even better price on the car.Had to keep asking where else could there be savings and each time I asked they found a spot to save more.It was overall a good experience, it is still frustrating to have to haggle about how much the car really costs.

The flooring near the seating area was very dirtyFriendly in person staff, relatively quick service, and I haven't had issues with my car since. Calling over the phone, the staff was slightly less friendly, and while waiting at the dealership, I noticed the flooring was very dirty, and was in need of a scrub.

Does not seem like they really want to provide service and very slow!Replaced a filter that did not need to be done and he had problems with his computer and offered to take the part out and then I had to wait more to get the correct filter replaced that was due. I also had to pay for the filter I did not need to have replaced!No floor vacuumed, my seat was way back and an hour for the few things done seemed too long to me.Replaced filter that was not needed to be done.
