Not too many Mitsubitshi Dealerships these days, so I was very happy that they had what I wanted, gave me a very fair price for my dream vehicle. It took me 4 months just to find someone I could trust, for an easy sale. Doesn’t happen too often in the Car business. I love these guys, can't wait to buy another car from them!Because they were friendly, courteous and prompt.

No idea where to park. No idea where to pick up my vehicle. No remote control for the TV with no sound. WI fi instructions were found on the wall. No restrooms. I had to use the bathroom badly and I had over an hour drive ahead of me to get back home. I was too embarrassed to ask because every single person looked up at me when I walked in and I did not want everyone looking at me when I was told where to go to relieve myself.Multi point inspection was not expected. I dont believe that there was anything to keep me informed about during the visit. I did not assess their knowledge, but they seemed to know what they were doing. I did not have any needs for them to listen to.It seemed like I was supposed to know what to do next. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to follow them back to the service desk or just find the e it and leave. Ultimately, I just walked to the door figuring they would stop me if they needed me to sign something or scheduled my next appointment. Then I had to search the parking lot until I found my car.It would be nice to be greeted by someone who knows what's going on. It would be nice to feel like a guest in an uncertain situation. It was very person for themselves around there. I do appreciate being left alone and not trying to sell mr anything.Walking in to the facility was weird. Everyone looked up in surprise and confusion. I was asked why im there and who i wanted to see. I sis not really know how ro answer the questions. They did not seem to understand i was there for my vehicle to be worked on. Then they pointed in the direction I should go. Once I got the attention of the staff behind the service desk, all went well. I was able to locate to waiting area by myself, because I was thre before.
