I just had to wait while the service manager was on the phone with someone needing a few price quotes. I would not describe my rating as "less than satisfied."Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I left to eat at a nearby restaurant and was easily notified of mechanical issues via text message. The texting was "user friendly" and repairs were done in a timely manner.

There was no reason for an alternate vehicle to drive.I live several hours from your dealership you sent a driver to come and fix my screen, which was a recall because of defect October I had a fall laying on my floor for 21 hours almost died. Kidneys were failing I’m not able to drive long distances or nighttime driving so having this gentleman come to my home was such a great convenience for me. Thank you so so very much.
