Scheduling was great but again why if you don’t start the service when it’s scheduled. I scheduled for 9 am. Came back at 10 am and haven’t even started! Even text at 9:40 asking if done no response so I thought it has been an hour must be done, notNo apology or explanation for delay. Don’t offer to schedule next service. Not sure I want to go back
