See above comments. Because i had checked in on-line it was easy for staff to take my keys and allow me away very quickly to get to my work. It was very easy to do. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived before official opening time due to my early start at work, and they were kind enough to open the doors and accept my keys, allow me away more than 40 mins before opening time. I am very grateful for that flexibility. Everything else went very smoothly, on-line updates and payment made things even easier and quicker.

All work carried out on time. Audi cam message explained what was also checked. I was well looked after by everyone involved. Booked in for a 2 hour slot. Work was done on time.
