I had an amber alert for engine management, and phoned to book in. Was told 30th Nov was earliest date avail, but I was concerned that issue might escalate so looked around for another garage to look at fault. Couldn't find another one so phoned back to Audi Glasgow & this time the young woman on the service support suggested leaving the car with Audi from 20th Nov & they would try to slot my car in. all went well & fault was fixed under warranty, but I was disappointed that the initial person I spoke with couldn't suggest the same.
