Scott Simpson was an amazing skilled customer sale specialist he introduced me by calling me to tell me he will be dealing with my new car sale journey as my previous sales representative went on maternity leave he always made sure I’m not feeling uncomfortable or overwhelmed he always made me feel calm even though I used to call for updates he’s never made me feel uncomfortable he’s a fabulous person and he is such a pure soul 10/10 for his service and supporting skills xx

Really friendly staff

Lots….car better prepped. Volvo always gave a gift and car was always presented inside. Also on purchasing car we were not told that spec of the car in showroom was different to car we would be purchasing,even for what seemed like standard equipment eg….raised floor in boot of car is an extra? We have contacted salesperson but after several phone calls by us(3) have yet to receive a phone call back. Overall very disappointed in the Audi brand compared to Volvo. Handover paperwork was absolutely fine but condition of car could have been better…dusty and polish residue outside…very glad we didn’t opt for guardx treatment as if this was the quality of the basic prep I wouldn’t trust their ability to properly apply this treatment.

Everything was great apart from when I arrived to pick up my keys which resulted in a delay of over 10 minutes as they were not sure where the keys were

I found it difficult / impossible, to use but my initial attempt was made when I was in Europe. It was only a little better when I tried after returning home. My Service Adviser, Scott Ellis received me promptly and warmly and took time to clarify a couple of points I wasn't sure about. Upon receiving my video I could tell that my Technician had carried out a thorough check of my tyres as well as several general points and that was confirmed when I drove off - in an excellently presented valeted car.
