Over the couple of visits we had, the test drive of the Q5, sales service for the vast majority was excellent, very relaxed and enjoyable. That said at the final stage where we highlighted a concern with the pedal, metal to metal clunking noise on occasion, our observations were dismissed which was disappointing, as we looked up on the Audi forum and the spring was a know issue and Audi had been replacing newer versions. I did send a final note to our sales rep Alan and to this point have not heard anything back..
