couple of disappointments - full tank of fuel was promised; not full. Was charged a delivery cost for the vehicle despite a long drawn out process of obtaining a vehicle (ended up with 3rd choice car) there was no added points to make the transaction more positive, or to delight us as customers. .

The service coordinator was very friendly and helpful. The service reception (Felix??) was very friendly and eager to help and make sure comfortable during my wait - even offered me an office to work in. The service was great but would have expected someone to contact me about expired service plan before I arrived
