The system was easy to use I was called prior to the dropping off of the car and was met by the same member of the audi team who ensured that all my concerns were recorded and actioned.

Made buying my car easy

James Reid was with me from start to finish from finding my new A3 to handing me the keys to drive it out of the show room. Explained all the new features compared to my previous A1 & was more than happy to help me complete the Audi Connect and register my vehicle to the app. Has been in touch since hand over to make sure I was doing well with the car which is great.

Soon as I arrived I was offered a coffee,which was much appreciated at 8.00 in the morning.was advised could take up to two hours,but was done in 45 mins much to my relief.staff were all very nice and welcoming.

I was given expert, patient and friendly assistance in clarifying my thoughts on the ideal model that would suit me and I am completely satisfied that I will be very happy with the model I arrived at.
