See previous paragraph The service itself was fine but I had booked online around a month earlier to get my car picked up and dropped off. When that appointment was coming up, I got a call to confirm from yourselves and it hadn’t been booked in as a pick up and you couldn’t do it so I had to cancel that, get my mot done elsewhere and then book back in for the oil service with you
