Service is easy to use, and as usual, they gave me a phone call confirmation as well! I have used Glasgow Audi as my service centre for a couple of years now, always attentive and helpful support for my lease hire vehicle. They offer an 'above and beyond' service.

Sales personnel were not too pushy to just get a sale. Chris Conner had excellent knowledge of the Audi range. He knew your competition and could provide good back up in support of Audi. Chris arranged a test drive for me which was seamless. Follow up email and customer care is good, again without being pushy.

Easy to use and practical as I live over an hour and a half away from the garage Very content with the service, everyone was very professional and a credit to the Hillington Branch

Although they could not help in sourcing me the vehicle I wanted Richard Piper was extremely helpful and gave very honest advice. A shame not all car dealerships have staff with his high professional integrity!

Problems highlighted on online check in were not addressed Great customer service and updates unfortunately the problem I reported was not resolved

Stephen talked me through all the functions on the car although was a bit disappointed with a key ring when my sister in law bought an Audi with Arnold Clark they got an audit car cleaning set and several bits n pieces, my friend got flowers etc. I just wasn’t impressed as I didn’t feel valued to an extend for my custom and it was a high purchase.

Car only in for small repair but all fine. Only issue was that I was quoted one price on telephone and a higher price when I collected car.
