All work carried out well, and in less time than expected

Easy to do and the service staff were aware. At BMW you have to go through the check-in again when dropping off even if you’ve done it online already. Fast, efficient service with attentive and professional staff.

All good until I pulled out of the deal. Attitude of the sales person changed for the worse and some verbal pressure applied to go through with the sale. The sales manager and the financial ombudsman ( I contacted them due to the verbal pressure ) agreed I could pull out.

There was some confusion as to the where we had paid the deposit. When we had asked to see the vehicle, Joshua at the contact centre and put us down as a new enquiry but we had already paid the deposit at Stirling and only wishes to see it before finalising the purchase. However after the confusion had been cleared the salesman was still very professional, helpful and informative. Apologies, did not catch his name. We have now purchased the vehicle. Thank-you
