I was changing my car from a Q2 to a Q3 and during the handover the salesman was very helpful in explaining all of the controls and technologies in the car in particular those which differed from my previous car. He also assisted with setting up a maintenance plan for the new car.

as per previous comment The team and in particular Katrine were brilliant, she kept me informed regularly and arranged a new appointment and courtesy car to conduct further works required due to the inability of my fleet provider to authorise works within a suitable timescale. all round a fantastic service
