Receptionist excellent very attentive and welcoming. Recall work carried out very promptly.

It was easy to book online I am very pleased that they were able to drive me to Braehead mall and pick me up. His name was Gordon and was very nice I wanted my inside widow cleaned as I had used de over on it and it was smeared and difficult to drive at night and early morning but unfortunately they informed me they had 65 cars to clean and it would be a simple clean so my window is still smeared.

Everything was well organised and explained.

Everything about purchasing the vehicle went very smoothly and James from Glasgow Audi was very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the whole process.

I had my car in for a 2 hour booking and managed to get it back before that. Much better than waiting 8 hours trying to kill time for the mot. Appreciated the warm welcome as always.

It’s a simple process to get checked in I love the service I get at Glasgow Audi. I always book a waiting appointment for my service and every time I’m in I get set up at a desk where I can work for a few hours so I don’t need to take any time off. In addition to this, the snack bags and refreshments provided to customers whilst they wait is a nice touch
