I have been trying to get my brand new A5 Avant investigated for several issues since picking the car up. I am consistently being bounced from sales to after sales to service and not getting any real proper help. So much so that I want to hand the car back and go elsewhere. I have emails going back to March to back this up as will the garage but getting no real customer assistance whatsoever. The customer experience has been extremely poor.

I arranged a test drive of an Approved Used Audi e-tron GT. Emailed my times over, and heard nothing back. The day before, I was told the car was sold, so my plans for the weekend were changed. In speaking with the person, I'd mentioned that I was looking at applying for my own 3rd party finance, and I was told this isn't allowed, and wouldn't be accepted. On reflection, this wasn't accurate and against the law to be informed this way. I'm still looking for an Audi e-tron GT, but Lookers have now put me in a strange position, because, I want to buy Approved Used, but I can't trust the information I've been given so far.
