No visual presentation of offers, no calculations advised on A1. No follow up on July dealership and manufacturers contributions on new A1 packages coming available now.

I was told on the phone about the great deals on new Audi A1, I had explained that my car probably still had about £2K negative equity. I was advised that you would look at it to build in with the new car deals. I was told I’d get a call back within an hour, I received an email before you closed saying system is down. I had to wait another 2 days to get information, I was told I’d need to pay negative equity off and be paying over £399 a month when your website shows otherwise. I explained and sent the link of the website and haven’t had a response. I doubt I’d even look at contacting you again with how poor this service was.

Dear Audi UK Customer Services,I am writing to formally complain about the rejection of a warranty claim relating to my Audi, registration RO73 FYK.Glasgow Audi has concluded that the gateway control unit has suffered liquid damage and has therefore refused to carry out the repair under warranty, instead quoting approximately £1,350.I do not accept this conclusion.I have never spilled any liquid inside this vehicle, nor has it been involved in any incident that would explain this alleged damage.Whilst the dealership states there are “signs of spillage”, no one has been able to identify the substance, explain how it reached the gateway control unit or provide evidence that this damage resulted from customer action rather than another cause. As a result, I do not believe it is reasonable to reject my warranty claim and hold me liable for the repair without establishing how the damage occurred.I am therefore requesting that Audi UK carries out an independent review of this decision before I am asked to authorise any repair. In the meantime, I have asked that all photographs, technician reports, diagnostic information and the affected components are retained.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Danielle McMenamin

Initial sales person was good, finance wasnt approved - underwriters unwilling to speak direct to customer (also still waiting on them to confirm why they have refused in writing) spoke to 2 of the business managers the last phone call I had with the second one, he palmed me off and seemed to not want to speak to me and just wanted me off the phone. He couldn't hang up fast enough.

You have failed to return my deposit of £250. No one responds to my request and I’m beginning to think you are crooks. You have my details so please action immediately. If you think silence to communicats is good customer service you are wrong!
