Worst car buying experience ever.Was in the showroom for two and a half hours, left alone for 45 minutes and 30 minutes.Private plate transfer shocking.Sent a complaint email - no response.Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I genuinely think that sales people in the showroom look down their nose at you. They think they are superior. Elliot at least was polite and courteous from an online enquiry and nearly secured my business. But on balance, the poor showroom experience and the better service and deal offered by Stirling Audi meant I bought my £76k Q6 from them.
