Outstanding service

We had came into the showroom for a test drive and told we couldn’t on that day - very fair as we had had made no prior contact. We were advised someone would call us to arrange a test drive and no one did. My wife then called, same story we were told someone would call us back and never did. She then called again and exactly the same happened. I then called the morning we actually did manage to arrange a test drive - I explained what had gone before and was told someone would call me back within the hour - no one did. I then called again and eventually got through to Jordan who arranged the test drive that day. Jordan was excellent - very helpful and informative. We were between the Q6 etron and a bmw iX. However, the poor experience attempting to arrange a test drive had already somewhat put us off purchasing an Audi. As a result we have opted to order an iX. I would like to reiterate that I could not fault Jordan however, I would suggest that there are processes within this business that require internal review - I would be very surprised if my experience was isolated. You are selling a premium product but unfortunately for me not a premium experience.

I made an appointment at Glasgow Audi after receiving an email to book an appointment regarding current car range and my existing PCP. I was advised that was still a bit early, however looked at current Q3 models I wanted a petrol vehicle as electric didn't suit my needs.and was fat to expensive.. I arranged to return in a few months.

Left 20 mins where sales conversed with supposed managed within sight to be told 300 off demo car 6 months old that looked as if transporting hay in boot. Needless to say I walked

We feel Chris went over & above for us as it’s our first time enquiring about a car together. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt comfortable with all details to think about how we can move forward.
