Having paid refundable deposit of £250’i asked it to be returned by 10am on Friday. The salesman ignored my request whoHad, up to that point been brilliant. I find it unacceptable that it has NOT been returned and I have been ignored. Please send it to my bank account before the end of trading today.

My car was booked for a service (via call centre 0141 565 6300 Option 2 16/6/26 at 14:07hrs ) and as 2 local audi dealerships had no appointments (Braehead or Hamilton) for some considerable time, I was offered Lookers Edinburgh Audi, quite some distance from my home in Greenock. They explained that they only do ‘wait’ appointments on a Saturday. As my service was overdue, I took the appointment for 27/6/26, at 09:30.Having worked early starts all week , this was not convenient to travel some distance from my home in Greenock, however, the car needed to be serviced and I have a service plan.Several days ago (Thur 25/6) , I received a text to check the car in online which I duly did.I arrived at Audi Edinburgh on morning of 27/6 to be told that the service / parts don’t operate on a Saturday and that they are no longer ‘Lookers’.Clearly the position is unsatisfactory and far from the standards I expect of Audi having been a customer for over 20yrs. Vehicle WAUZZZGY5SA002639YT74 BUU.I spoke with the above number again on Saturday 27/6 and they reviewed the call and admitted that their colleague had made the mistake as Edinburgh Audi was no longer ‘Lookers ‘ and hadn’t been for some time.I am now out of pocket for fuel and the time wasted in this needless journey and await your response to this unacceptable situation ,

Overall my experience was good, Gary was very helpful and very informative.Unfortunately on this occasion I didn’t buy a new car but that was totally down to the monthly repayments.

I had spooken to the salesman before travelling through to Glasgow he was aware I hadn't had a Audi before the brand was new to me on arrive I was hand the the keys and left to my own devissisto under stand the car and the spec when spending £145k one would asumme a good chat of the features and benefits would of helped and building some raptor on the customers needs and expectations after driving Porsche cars for the last 8 yearsI requested a specification sheet from the sales man on the Saturday of the the the Audi RS8 who promise to forward to me also the paper work did not show the ballon payment which I requestednothing arrived so I contacted the salesman on the following Tuesday for this information and was to he does not have access to the spec sheet for the car I was looking at also to me I would be quicker going on line myself he also commented the the paper work with the figures 0n could to show the ballon payment not greatwithin half an hour he sent the spec sheet and the figures showing the ballon payment I don't believe I should be chasing for this information and also don't apprecite being laid tooUnfortunately I was not happy with this kind of serviceI have know bought a new Audi RSQ8 Volsprung from down south which I am collecting this Thursday not a great experience

Couldn't find the car I wanted (Q7 in chili red) Gave very poor part exchange value. Wanted far more than I paid for a car which didn't suit my needs.When I said I would need to think about it he sent a very curt email. I won't contact them again
