I have recently brought a 2nd hand 2010 Audi TTS , only 8600 miles with 1 previous owner and it's had 15 services all from Audi Glasgow. My local Audi Dealer (Solihull) has given me a printout of when the services were carried out but it doesn't state what's been carried out on each service. They told me I need to speak to Audi Glasgow. After speaking to their service department I was told they can't send me the service history information because it will have the previous owners details on it, to which I said can't their details be blacked out. After a pause I was then told they don't have any information to give me because the computer systems were updated last year and they wouldn't of kept the history?? Surely that's not right? I have invoice numbers for each service so surely you can tell me what's been done on each service? With the car being 16 years old I want to know when the cambelt was last changed? When the Haldex was last serviced? If the brakes have ever been serviced or replaced?

David was pleasant and did his best to facilitate the potential of changing my car. Unfortunately given the figures I was given financially the deal didn’t stack up for me and I will be by looking to step away from Audi. There now seems to be no point in putting any money into pcp deals as this is effectively written off at deal end with no equity remaining at end of term.

We always have a positive experience at Glasgow Audi, thanks to Alan Martin. We bought our first car from him four years ago, and from the very beginning he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really set him apart. What keeps us coming back time and time again is his consistently impeccable service. Alan takes the time to understand what we’re looking for, never makes us feel rushed, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is just right. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated, and it makes a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone looking for a great experience - he’s a real credit to Glasgow Audi. His service is truly incomparable and is a big part of what keeps us coming back to Audi,

sent enquiry form about a test drive, was called and arranged a time, then called and told neither the time suited Glasgow Audi- the earlier booking had been made by a centrally located sales agent apparently- and that Glasgow Audi did not have the model I had requested so was advised to contact either Ayr or Stirling Audi directly myself! Think I will continue my relationship with another car brand or at least another outlet!

Staff very helpful and pleasant

Car was damaged during key coding. No report was made to customer

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a vehicle I purchased from your dealership on 28th Feb 2026. Vehicle Registration NU68 fYK.In April, I experienced a serious issue with the gearbox, where 1st and 2nd gears were not functioning properly. I contacted your team and spoke with Jordon, who advised me to bring the car in for repair. I was provided with an Audi A3courtesy vehicle, and my car remained with you for approximately two weeks. When I collected the vehicle, I was informed that gear mechanism had been replaced. However, shortly after, I began experiencing further issues-this time with reverse gear, which became stiff and difficult to engage. This clearly indicates that the original fault has not been properly resolved replacing the mechanism has not addressed the underlying issue, and the vehicle continues to present gearbox problems. After further back-and-forth, I have now returned the vehicle again and have been given another courtesy car. However, I am not satisfied with this situation. The car has had ongoing gearbox faults since shortly after purchase, and I have been significantly inconvenienced. At this stage, I am concerned that the vehicle is inherently faulty. I would like a clear written explanation of what work has been carried out so far.Confirmation of whether the gearbox itself has been fully inspected for internalfaultsA permanent resolution to this issueGiven the ongoing nature of this fault, I would also like to understand my options should the issue remain unresolved, including my rights under consumer law.I would appreciate a prompt and detailed response.
