Staff were lovely, just couldn't get me thr car that I wanted. Not their fault. Audi to blame. Silly configuration rule wouldn't let us put the wheels I wanted on the model I wanted. Had to pick a hybrid version to get those wheels. So I've gone to Mercedes

Spoke to your colleague on the phone I sent the email below to Customer.services@lookers.co.ukBut should have been to this email address.ThanksMichael Noon07894502038Sent from my Galaxy-------- Original message --------From: "michael.noon"Date: 20/07/2026 21:04 (GMT+00:00)To: customer.services@audi.co.uk, customer.services@lookers.co.ukCc: David BailissSubject: NO04ONSDear Lookers Executive Complaints Team and Audi UK Customer Liaison,I am launching an urgent formal complaint regarding the handling of my vehicle repair, warranty claim, and a severe breach of customer service at Lookers Glasgow Audi. My vehicle has been onsite since 19th June and in the workshop since 3rd July.Following a highly stressful breakdown on the M8 motorway with my wife, newborn baby, and 3-year-old child, the communication from this dealership has been entirely unacceptable. The Aftersales Manager, David Bailiss, has repeatedly ignored my emails. After weeks of silence, I had to physically phone the front desk on Saturday 18th July just to get an acknowledgment. Mr. Bailiss replied claiming he was "away" despite reception confirming he was on-site, promised a response today (Monday), and has now let the entire business day pass without a single word.I am escalating this matter to Head Office for immediate intervention regarding two critical issues:Warranty Claim Misdirection: I was explicitly assured by a service advisor named Colin Waters over the phone that my tailgate switch was fully covered under my Audi Extended Warranty. It was solely based on this verbal confirmation that I authorized expensive labour work. The dealership has since done a complete U-turn, stating it is declined. This work was authorized under false pretenses due to staff misdirection.Refusal to Log Root Cause Analysis: been told the EGR valve isn't covered under warranty with my own mechanical background, I have outlined to the workshop that the active fuel circuit faults and a documented history of a failed 48V hybrid system at this branch are the direct root cause of the current EGR/DPF soot blockage. The engine has been over-fueling and blocked from running its automated emissions cleaning cycles. The warranty underwriters have explicitly confirmed to me that if the workshop logs a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) linking these issues, it is fully coverable under "Consequential Failure." The dealership is actively refusing to perform this analysis or submit the proper data to the underwriters.Given the complete lack of professional communication at a local level, I require intervention from Lookers Head Office and Audi UK to assign a case manager, review the technical diagnostic data, the link with the Consequential Failure, email trail and hold the branch accountable for the way I've been treated, and try get this matter resolved, its a highly stressful situation and adding the Audi Q2 loan car that impractical. Attempting to manage three young children 2 being in bulky ISOFIX car seats in such a cramped rear cabin is a daily struggle that compromises both our basic family logistics and our peace of mind. A compact vehicle of this size is simply not fit for purpose for a family that requires a 7-seat SUV.look forward to your response.Kind regards,Michael Noon07894502038I've attached the email trail from Colin Waters to David and also, screenshots from ignored emails on the 13th, 17th & 18th July

1 year ago audi A3 with 2 year service and warranty. a week ago decided to get rid of the car as the service is appalling, 2 functins were confirmed but unless you pay for them it wouldnt do it. The manager advised this is between you and the sales man who has now left the company. The manager was standing with the sales man at the coffee machine. The cust has gone to Lookers Volvo cust paid the car off, got the trade in value, today paperwork to drop in. Volvo one side and the cust came down the slip road and a warning light has come on. called audi advised to get road side but the cust was outside, cust can only be boooked in for mid November. Volvo had the cust car coming on monday and he needs to get it sorted. You are a walk in and we dont have enough tecs and your car cant sit there till then. The manager also advised that he would wait the 14 days to even look at the complaint.
