Lewis Darrah looked after me from getting me booked , arriving at the garage, keeping me informed and then picking up my car. I felt that I was wanted as a customer and I was appreciated.

As outlined above- the booking of the appointment was fine but on checking in online as requested in advance of my appointment I had a query about my appointment. This was not dealt with satisfactorily and despite being told twice my call would be returned with further information it wasn’t.On the day the service received was excellent. However, I phoned audi twice the day prior to my service (on the booking number so not direct to Glasgow audi) and my question was not responded to and twice I was told someone would phone me back and this did not happen, which was very disappointing and really does tarnish my experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and very quick with all the information required. Unfortunately there was one skip up otherwise I would have given 5 stars. the car was advertised as a convertible (what i want) but no picture available. Unfortunately it wasn't a convertible, so no sale

The online check in is simple enough but I have never found the online booking service accurate as when I normally book my vehicle in on an available date, I normally get a call shortly afterwards saying that the date is actually not available. Maybe it will get better with time.It is very straightforward logistically for me and I know most of the staff there.

Easy to talk to and understand. Showroom looked amazing!Really great service! Possibly looking to change the car in the next few months and would be looking for another Audi again!

Our customer service advisor Katerine was absolutely fantastic. So informative & kept us up to date from the minute the car was taken into the workshop by RAC! She was just lovely and so helpful.
