Service is easy to use, and as usual, they gave me a phone call confirmation as well!I have used Glasgow Audi as my service centre for a couple of years now, always attentive and helpful support for my lease hire vehicle. They offer an 'above and beyond' service.

Sales personnel were not too pushy to just get a sale.Chris Conner had excellent knowledge of the Audi range. He knew your competition and could provide good back up in support of Audi. Chris arranged a test drive for me which was seamless. Follow up email and customer care is good, again without being pushy.

Although they could not help in sourcing me the vehicle I wanted Richard Piper was extremely helpful and gave very honest advice. A shame not all car dealerships have staff with his high professional integrity!

Stephen talked me through all the functions on the car although was a bit disappointed with a key ring when my sister in law bought an Audi with Arnold Clark they got an audit car cleaning set and several bits n pieces, my friend got flowers etc. I just wasn’t impressed as I didn’t feel valued to an extend for my custom and it was a high purchase.
