Sif at Glasgow audi was very helpful and was able to help us find the right car for our needs and budget.He was knowledgeable about what he was selling and I ended up buying a car I hadn't seen until I collected it. But this being my 4th A3 I fully trusted his experience.My only issue was the server was down when I collected the car and I was unsure of all the new features. I called Glasgow audi the day after I collected the car and Sif was on a day off and was advised someone else would return my call but they never did.A minor issue but important!!

When I purchased my 1st audi 2 years ago, at handover the car was covered and the reveal and handover was made to feel really special. On this occasion the car was just sitting and nothing overly social or exciting about the handover.Good handover. Overall pleased as everything was set up for my audi connect for me and very little for me to do. Felt like they could have spent a little more time showing features of car.
