When I purchased my 1st audi 2 years ago, at handover the car was covered and the reveal and handover was made to feel really special. On this occasion the car was just sitting and nothing overly social or exciting about the handover.Good handover. Overall pleased as everything was set up for my audi connect for me and very little for me to do. Felt like they could have spent a little more time showing features of car.

The staff at Glasgow Audi service dept (Lewis & Lisa) went above and beyond helping me to replace a faulty alternator. The extended warranty provider refused to pay out on a technicality and the staff at Glasgow Audi stepped in and offered to cover costs. All round exceptional customer service and certainly keeped me as a customer.
