At handover, Morven was very thorough, went through the details of the car and answered all my queries . The car was well prepared as expected.I particularly enjoyed dealing with Morven. She was very professional, knowledgeable and organised. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would say Morven is a great asset to Glasgow Audi. I will certainly recommend her to my families and friends.
