Chris gave us excellent customer service. He called when he said he would, he took time to explain our options and answered fully all our questions.The receptionist was efficient and polite. Overall it is clear that customer service is a priority.

Happy enough with service not a stand out but was fine.however a small bulge was found on a tyre, far too expensive for a tyre and no tyre brand was specified for the offer of new tyre. This is important to me as the tyres on this for a new car are not great using mid quality tyres on an a3 (nexen), the rate that the tyre tread is going down is not great. Got 2 Bridgestone tyres for slightly more than the 1 tyre u were offering with no brand.

It meant that you could hand your keys in early if you’re in a hurryStaff are always friendly, the only drawback is that since I got the car in 2018 and it was still under warranty there’s been a clutch issue but every time I’ve had the car in for a service and I have asked for this to be looked at only to be told that they couldn’t find anything but the issue is still there and looking like it’s going to cost me to repair once the fault is found for something that should’ve been covered by warranty as at the time the car had under 5000 miles on the clock
