The sales person did everything they said they would very promptly and efficiently and was very helpful.

I have been contacted by text, email and phone on numerous occasions notifying me of service due dates, mot etc. on each occasion I have advised that I have not had my Audi for over 1 year, and requested that my records be updated, I have clicked on ‘unsubscribe’ on receiving e communication, but to no avail.I believe this is now a misuse of data issue, and I wish to complain about your inability or apparent refusal to delete my records relating my ownership of my Audi.

Quick friendly service informed me quickly that the car i was interested in.was sold before I could go and see it . ( my fault for not finding time to go and view car )

I made an appointment at Glasgow Audi after receiving an email to book an appointment regarding current car range and my existing PCP. I was advised that was still a bit early, however looked at current Q3 models I wanted a petrol vehicle as electric didn't suit my needs.and was fat to expensive.. I arranged to return in a few months.
