I had 2 of your sales staff dealing with my order - the first (S. Rooney) who handled the choice of my car and the second (James Reid) handled the run up to delivery. James was extremely efficient, pleasant.The car I chose was a demonstrator in Newcastle Audi which seemed to match exactly what I was looking for but I had 2 main questions - was the engine as powerful as the A5 I was changing and does it have Sports suspension which I definitely didn't want. The picture to me suggested it had low profile tyres and lowered suspension but Stephen assured me that was not the case, so we proceeded with the order.Once I got my hands on the car I immediately felt the hard suspension and checked the detailed spec for the car on My Audi which confirmed my fears - this was a real disappointment to me and I'm not sure if I will be able to live with the car.The rest of the car is excellent and delivered to me by James in tip-top order.

Service of the highest order just what I expected with Mr. Strut hers in charge. Everything was very well explained and the staff were very knowledgeable which made it reassuring as I have no experience of electric vehicles.

I had a call to ask which seat belt need replacement after I had said when I booked it in, I then had a text asking me and when I get there it’s not even ordered and car had to stay overnight!! Annoying to say the least but at least the lady who was dealing with it booked the hire car for another day so that was thoughtful hence a four star rating and not a 3. Otherwise you would have got a 5 if it had been there on time.
