The service was excellent staff were first class but my vehicle was put in to receive a repair to the AC system that could not be done and I don't have a date when it will be as there is no fix in place at this time that can be implemented.

Excellent service from start to finish! A specific shout out to Chloe Taylor, could not fault her in any way. I was 400 miles away and essentially buying the car “unseen”, but Chloe made the process incredibly easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another from Lookers in the future!
