My car was in for a major service, fuel filter, air filter, glow plugs replacement and air con charge.My car had no fuel leak there was no smell or fuel leak marks on my driveway or any kind of report either with Audi or mot or any garage that has ever carried out work on my car, I was repeatedly lied to that my car had a leak before any of the above work was carried out, I have been advised there is cameras in the work shop and I want to know exactly time stamps of my car coming in and when work was carried out my car now has a fuel leak and an alternator problem both linked with work I have had on my car while with glasgow audi. I have been repeatedly disrespected by your service staff claiming because I have an older car and told what do you expect you have an older car but why would I get the above things done if I had prior issues with my car when asked for further detail as to when and how fuel leak and alternator issue occurred was told that the car is old and no fault from poor workmanship when I know the fuel leak is new after the work carried out and the alternator fault due to either the glow plugs not correctly installed or tested as well as the fuel leak created when fuel filter was done dripping onto the alternator. I am shocked and disgusted and dont expect this from a premium service. When trying to raise my concerns and complain was advised that nothing is going to happen but has left me without a dafe working vehicle anymore and instead quoted nearly £3000 to repair my car for issues created while my car has been in Glasgow Audi is totally unacceptable and day light robbery!

Your website is offering a new Q4 at a price of approx £40,000, with deposit contributions over £10,000 it gave total finance of approx £30,000 = £419pm.We are renewal customers and have email advising £15,000 off new Q4.So in my calculations I was expecting any short fall from current agreement to be avoided due to difference in online offer and discounts we have been offered.Salesman and sales manager seemed to just either not understand where we were coming from or were just not interested stating they couldn't see the online details and completely try to bamboozle us with figures that didn't add up.
