As I had the "All in Service plan" please don't add on brake fluid changes, it is either "All in"Or it is not. Your reply please would be appropriate.Good customer service, comfortable surroundings,coffee only tepid, could be better.My all in plan covers a minor & major service but does not include a brake fluid change,surely all fluids & lubricants attached to my major service must be included, otherwise an "All in plan" is not it seems, this needs amended, Mr McFarlane Glasgow.

Firstly, the overall experience of having my oil leak repaired was excellent. Lewis Knox was wonderful and offered me first class support at all times plus a replacement car to match my own recently purchased new Q5. His communications were superb, always updating me and offering me that sometimes rare feeling of genuinely wanting to ensure I had a first class customer experience. He is truly a wonderful ambassador for your company.The reason for only 4 stars reflects my big disappointment during the first year of my Q5, to continually being told that regularly adding litres of engine oil in the first 5000 mikes was quite normal- a ludicrous claim. The true fault was finally addressed following my first service..

The handover of my new vehicle was smooth and detailed. Elliot showed me the features of the car as well as explaining everything needed to know about the new car. Elliot answered any questions that I had about my new car as well making the handover a smooth experience.
