For the price I paid for the car, I expected the car to be spotless inside and out. I was disappointed with the standard of the cleanliness as there was mud on the wheel arches, dust and crumbs throughout the car, windows not cleaned properly inside.

I purchased a previous car from Lookers (Jaguar) and found the experience excellent. I rate the current experience as good because I could not complete it or visit the showroom as Aberdeen Audi (from whom I bought my current car), contacted me with a special deal before I could visit Glasgow Audi Lookers.
