Can’t fault the level of service, Scott in the service department has went above and beyond.

Fantastic team but unfortunately for reasons beyond their control I couldn’t proceed with the purchase. I wish I could have purchased through this garage as you were brilliant!

The only downside was the delay in receiving my car, I was meant to get it by 1st March but it did not arrive until 5th April, this was no fault of the dealership. But extremely disappointing as it spoiled the excitement of getting my new car on the first day of the new registration. 😕

My initial experience was poor as the car that I had arranged to test drive was not available when I arrived for my appointment. The communication was also generally not very good. However, my experience improved including the actual test drive on my next visit. Then ultimately when I started dealing with Martin Dobson the experience was excellent - he was extremely helpful and made the buying experience easy.

All in all audi picked up serviced and returned vehicle promptly.
