Great if expensive experience buying an Audi but Thomas Donnachie and Brian O’Donnell both superb at Glasgow Audi and I’m delighted with the car. Is this the last survey I’ll have to complete, I’ve completed two online and one on the phone plus this one? Pleasure to deal with Thomas who I’ve had a sale with before he’s a really good person to deal with and very professional but likes a laugh so he makes the customer feel at ease. Brian I only met this time and he’s also a decent person very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, would happily approach Brian in sales again I know a Thomas is in a different role now.

Great customer service from Glasgow Audi from start to finish. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. Dud Agnes was an absolute star. Nit inky was he precessional throughout, at all tones he juror up to speed with situation with my car, and was very helpful at all tins. Can’t rate Sif highly enough!

Chris, the salesperson was brilliant. Car is excellent.

Had a few meetings with Sif Ahmed over the past few years now and I find him professional, approachable and he always answers any queries I have in a timely manner.

Sif was dealing with my new car purchase and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He was attentive, informative, friendly and was great at responding to any questions I had, as well as doing everything he could to make sure my new purchase ran smoothly.

They have sorted one of the two problems.

The gentleman we dealt with was Alastair Allardice at the Audi garage at braehead and he was excellent from start to finish.Would highly recommend this gentleman and this lookers showroom.First class service ….no complaints whatsoever.Well done Alastair!
