I reserved an Audi A3, registration number SJ22 JKY, on 3rd December. On 5th December, your sales adviser Chloe contacted me to advise that my reservation had been cancelled, citing the vehicle was “too costly to repair” and was being sent to auction/trade. This was despite the online advertisement at the time stating the vehicle was ready for sale.I have now noticed that the same vehicle has been relisted on the Lookers website at a higher price. This raises serious concerns that my original reservation was cancelled in order to sell the vehicle for a greater profit. Such actions are unacceptable and fall short of fair customer treatment.I therefore request immediate confirmation that my original reservation at the agreed price remains valid. I expect Lookers to honor the commitment made at the time of my reservation, as this situation reflects a potential breach of trust with your customers.

I'm writing about my new Audi A3, purchased yesterday from Glasgow Audi. The car has 28,975 miles, but the advertised mileage was 25,890 miles - a difference of 3,085 miles. I'd appreciate it if you could explain this discrepancy? The salesman I spoke to today once I got home said I should of noticed that when I test drove the vehicle which is not good enough I'm there to see if I like the vehicle not to double check wether everything on the advert was correct the mileage was the last thing I would of looked at during a test drive because in my head it was 25890 so I wouldn't of checked, I relied on the advertised mileage being correct not having a significant discrepancy. I've also noticed damage underneath the front bumper that wasn't apparent during the purchase, he said I can get that fixed but I shouldn't have to return to the dealer 100+ miles from my home address. I honestly had assumed the audi "128 point check" would have picked up and repaired issues like this. I'm extremely unhappy that my new car has 3085 extra miles on it than expected which in turn will affect the resale value when I go to sell it on in a few years.

Good afternoon,I am making a complaint regarding the conduct if Audi Glasgow.The individuals I have been dealing with are Amy Bradley and a supervisor named Colin. I also have an ongoing complaint with Volkswagen Audi warranty group.There was a knocking noise noticed during my service as well as a fault regarding the thorax airbag. After waiting over four weeks fir an appointment I took my vehicle in on January 21st a technician came out and drive the vehicle snd confirmed that he could hear the noise. I subsequently received a phone call from Amy saying that they needed my authorisation to investigate this matter further as the noise was still there after tighting up something under the bonnet.I then said to her on the call maybe I should take the vehicle back as she mentioned that I could be liable for the labour costs of this so called investigation. She then said on this call that she was not happy releasing the vehicle as it is not safe. So I agreed to this investigation as why would I put myself and my family at risk if the vehicle is not right. I then received another call today from Amy confirming that as far as they are concerned even though it us down to a part being either loose or not fitted correctly (apparently an air filter) I am liable fir the labour cost. I spoke to her at length where she confirmed this is down to a faulty part and the noise is still there but less than before, but she still said I was liable as this us the first time they have seen the vehicle. She also mentioned that they felt that someone else could have done this, now as you can imagine at this point I am starting to loose my patience. I asked to speak to an advisor who was even worse. Again saying an issue with a part and again saying that it could have been tampered with. This vehicle has had a service as per the contractual agreement with an Audi approved dealer where an oil service was done. I have a breakdown of this on the invoice provided. I have also reported this to the Audi warranty department who are conducting their own investigation. They have also confirmed that this is a warranty issue and no cost is due to myself.I am also needing to point out the conduct of both Amy and Colin. At different points in both conversations they became very argumentative and threatened to not release my vehicle as well as take away my hire vehicle.I asked this gentleman to repeat his point regarding an issue with a part and the fact that they did not agree that this was not a manufacturer issue. His logic is completely flawed if there is an issue with a part on a vehicle near the engine how can this not be a warranty issue. My vehicle is just over z year old and has done under 8000 miles. He kept saying this is the first time we have seen the vehicle, there was no getting through to this individual.I am both angered and saddened at the conduct of this garage.I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.Kind regards,M Sajid07456849760

I was interested in a Audi 3 Saloon in Ascari Blue Black Edition with manual box just before Christmas you did not have this model in stock but you had the S Line model at one of your other branchs If and was told they would give a discount because I was paying cash but I had to pay but the would codt me £800 to bring it up tp the Glasgow and was told it was not up for neoigation if I went down by train to the branch in question and drove it up myself it would not cost me £800 I just walk out in discuss I purchsed Audi A4 in 2014 from you did not get this sort of service You lost out to Carlisle Audi Ronald

Staff member was very helpful but couldn’t answer my question why my electric car had depreciated by over 60% in two years .Very expensive lesson learned. Nightmare

Enquired about used audi. Spoke to Brian who said he would do some numbers on a new deal instead and would call back the following day. He didn't. This us the second time he has not responded to an enquiry from me and I'm a repeat customer
