I feel I was really well looked after but as i'd travelled all the way from East Lothian, and specifically stated I wanted to experience a PHEV Q8 in all electric mode, I didn't expect to be shown two vehicles with completely flat batteries. Had to wait an extra 2 hours to get some charge in one of them

Daniel was really helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did dislike having to scan the QR codes to get the price of the car, it would be a lot easier for the price to be displayed with the rest of the information on the car!
