When I first phoned to report a worrying rumble /vibration I was told to either phone Audi Roadside or wait until first booked appt in May, which wasnt ideal. I took it upon myself to just go into Service dept. I was treated very kindly when I explained I was disabled and my car was adapted. David came out in a Roadtest and said car was unsafe and then spoke to Service Manager who agreed given my circumstances to try and sort within next few days - Scott Ellis then kindly arranged everything for me and kept in touch. As I was unable to drive any other car, they arranged a taxi to get me home. My car was sorted and available the following day (though I couldnt get a lift in until saturday). Although fobbed off a bit trying to get help initially, I was delighted with the care and attention of David and Scott so would be keen they got that feedback. I have always found customer care a little hit and miss here but there did seem to be a very obvious change and improvement. Even the make host guy at the reception was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you!
