Elliot Townsley, who sold me the car, was excellent. He was very professional and friendly, explained everything clearly and dealt with the sale very efficiently. He organised for new seatbelts to be installed, which was carried out at this appointment. He went above and beyond by lending me his car for the day. Audi Glasgow can be very proud to have him in their sales team.At the service appointment, Lewis Darrah was the contact person. Again, very professional and friendly and everything got sorted out in one day. I’m very happy with the service I have received at Audi Glasgow.

This was the 6th time we had been to Lookers and previously we had always felt we received the ‘personal touch’ from the Sales Executive, this time however we didn’t feel as if we did. This had no bearing on our inability to complete the purchase of a new car.

The service advisor was very helpful. He also helped with my Audi MMI App that I was having problems with.

It started off really well until the negotiations. After I received a confrontational email response I just about walked away but as I’d reserved the car and it was still the car I wanted I decided to carry on. It was a shame really as the salesperson had been very proactive and did his best to help me find a car and communicated well. I wasn’t told about the insurance when I collected my car so was a bit in limbo driving home thinking am I insured???I had to phone the dealership to find out and get some code. Same with the service history again had to call to inquire about this. I did ask about a service plan and was given a figure but this hasn’t been followed up as yet. Overall it was a good experience and yes I would use the dealership again.

Everything went well and the only disappointment was when I picked the car up a week later than originally planned, it was covered in dust and although the sales person arranged for it to be washed, it was really just pressure jetted and I had to hand wash the car when I got it home as I wanted to show the car off to friends and familyOtherwise delighted with the process
