We have received a complaint from Mr. Williamson. This is in regards to an alleged mis-sell at point of sale, customer advised he was not made aware excess mileage charges were applicable on his Fixed Cost Maintenance Plan.The customer is unhappy Audi Financial Services have issued him with a excess mileage charge of £697.87. Customer has asked that this charge is waived.We have reviewed this and believe the complaint to be the responsibility of yourselves and, as such, you are best placed to investigate and respond to the customer.In line with FCA regulations, we are transferring the complaint to you; in the understanding you will resolve this with the customer. We have also provided the customer with your contact details and advised them to expect contact from you.

Recently purchased car through your dealership in Glasgow, after a month the brakes started to make a grinding noise suggesting worn pads. This is unexpected when buying the car, it wasn’t mentioned by the salesman either.I really disappointed with this and also the response from the salesman who tried to make excuses with his first response and has failed to respond to a follow up email.It not the best customer experience when I’m asking for assistance to address the issue raised.Please could you help with the requestMany thanks

The sales person rang at 4.55 to say he had been really busy and would ring the next day. My partner passed the phone to me as it’s me who was considering changing my car. Whilst we discussed models and specs I was told I would receive a call back when he had looked at availability the next day.I gave him my own mobile number and name. To date I have heard nothing whatsoever from Glasgow Audi.I have bought my last 4 or 5 cars from there and never received this kind of response. Perhaps the salesperson was under pressure but it doesn’t take long to send a quick email if that was the case.I’ve continued to look online but haven,t spotted anything but regardless feel disappointed by the lack of interest and follow up.

An appointment was booked at the Hillingdon branch but when we arrived the branch was not aware of this. The salespersons was aware of our enquiry but not the time of the appointment. So everything was a bit ad-hoc when we got there. A test drive was then arranged for us in a Q2, we weren’t so keen on this so looked to see other options and pricing with the salesperson and we were just directed to the website. The customer service was very poor, there was no further follow up. We since have bought a BMW 1 series.
