Emma from the Hillington Audi Service team really looked after me, she did a first class job. I have to say this was in direct conflict with the service I received from the Ayr branch, I was told an appointment wouldn’t be for a month and that if a space became available I would be called, no such call was forthcoming!

I was a bit nervous coming to the dealership due to previous experiences I’ve had at other ones but as soon as I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Sif Ahmed was absolutely fantastic and a breath of fresh air, he made the experience so much more enjoyable rather than being stressful. I would highly recommend Sif to anyone visiting the dealership and also every member of staff were brilliant by simply saying hello when you walk past and offering food and drinks.

I was welcomed by the staff and had a good experience throughout my dealings with Audi Glasgow , the only thing i can see that went wrong was that the sales rep couldn’t get my personalised plates off my old car because the screw head was damaged , so I was unable to get my old plates , I would have thought that the service department would have removed same and got in touch with me regards this

Nothing wrong with staff just that did not like the drive in A1 too hard. I'm used to all wheel drive and different suspension.
