After some initial bumps due to miscommunication, the previous salesperson departed and David took over and improved the situation immeasurably. He clearly set expectations and communicated regularly to let me know progress. His handover communication and service was also very good.

Unfortunately a rear wash wipe issue picked up in the test drive was not addressed. There also appears to be a slow puncture to the front near side tyre awaiting response from Audi garage.
