The whole process of electronic signing of ALL documents, ie, photographs, downloading to mobile , checking and comparing photographs taken on mobiles was very stressful and, to my mind unnecessary.It all seemed to take an inordinate amount of time waiting/ hanging about in the showroom. Surely this could be done in some other, customer friendly way? Very off-putting.

Richard Piper is an excellent sales person, he is friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and will do anything he can to make updating your car as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying an Audi.
