Reason for not achieving 5 stars is that the car was sold with a defect on the central locking system which is hard to believe was not known about before the purchase, as i found the defect the first time i tried to lock the car from the drivers door. However, i am confidant the defect will be fixed and if well handled this will go someway in restoring my faith both with the audi brand and Glasgow Audi. The sales team were very friendly, polite and helpful during the purchase phase of my dealings.

I was very impressed with the way Chloe Taylor dealt with us from the very start of the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and yet we never felt pressured at any point. Her communication with us was excellent and she kept us fully informed from the point of order to the completion of our purchase. We cannot commend her highly enough. She is a real ambassador for Lookers and Audi.
