Ryan - who was dealing with everything with my car - was highly professional and kept me in the loop. He also managed to have my car ready for a time that suited me. Everyone I dealt with at audi - from my initial booking on the phone for an oil change, your colleague that showed me an in depth and informative video about my healthcheck and to Ryan who was my point of contact - have been extremely professional and accommodating - this is my first year with lookers audi and I am extremely happy with the service I have received.

1. firstly you damaged my car when doing a routine service which I find very unexpected.2. the contact to tell me my car was ready was by text, nothing more, and I felt that was a little cold especially given the fact you had damaged my car and had to hold on to it over a weekend.3. the internal clean of the car was not up to scratch, I have had my car(s) cleaned and returned in far better condition after previous visits.4. on collection, my car information panel tells me I need to add 6litres of AdBlue, my understanding is that you would routinely top up the AdBlue.5. finally my car tells me to insert the SD car every time I switch the ignition on. So does this need to come back?
