Car was very smooth after service

Prior to my service at the Dealership, my dashboard was showing I was due an oil change. Despite my invoice stating the oil had been changed and the computer reset, my dashboard was still showing I was due an oil change, which made me question what work had actually been done to my car. The Dealership is taking steps to remedy this, and my car is being collected on Wed.

Superb Service

Faultless customer service from Martin, Sif and Paul. Ensured we were happy with vehicle purchased as it was not what we went into see but was the car that stood out for us. Martin was on leave at time of handover but Sif was so patient as he could tell I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process but made sure I was at ease before leaving dealership. Martin kept us updated and supported with all paperwork and talked us through all services available which was reassuring. A great experience from the Glasgow Audi dealership.

Chloe was fantastic and kept communication clear and took me through every step of my car being in.
