We appreciated all the help & assitance given, as well as the professional approach provided by the saleperson during the process. Unfortunately having intially agreed to put down a deposit on a vechicle we were then able to source a vechicle much much closer to home as we are based in South East England

Video stated my wipers needed replaced as they were juddering on the screen. It seems your employee did not realise that wipers that go stiff in sub-zero temperatures will do that! My wipers are working smoothly and silently so there is no need for replacement!

I was in the market and explained the situation regarding communication. I had asked to be email due to poor signal strength at my work but the dealer continued to call. Without any communication I then realised the car I was interested in was no longer available
