Person on reception was very abrupt, walking away ahead to the car while holding my paperwork behind him for me to have to speed up my walk to grab it off him while he didn't even stop or turn round. I found him very rude. Lewis who was in contact with me through the day however was very pleasant.

Yes - the normal wear and tear from lookers was excessive, as one very small chip on the bonnet - normal wear and tear in any car - needs £110 to be resprayed. After over three years of driving the car, the external would not be perfect due to the roads. This has caused me frustration and anxiety. Thus, it would put me off the Lookers lease process for the future. This has certainly dampened down my interaction with the lease process which was otherwise a positive experience. A very frustrated customer.
