I enquired about two cars. The initial contact was good and I visited the showroom on the 5th of November with a second visit on the 11th. During the second visit I made an offer for one of the cars and the sales executive said he would get back to me once he had spoken with his manager. At the time of writing (15th November) there has been no follow up.

When I returned home I discovered that the “inspection due” alarm was still sounding on my dashboard. I called you immediately and was assured that I would receive a call back. I am still waiting 3 days later.

Initially all was well and impressive but that changed, this dealership has a major problem with returning phone calls. Also I had to phone to ask why a car I bought had not been registered in my name to DVLA.......Yet they managed to put road tax on it, none the less it has not put me off Audi although the level of trim and fitted extras on the Q5 is not what I would expect from Audi. Very basic for a car costing £45k. The dealership wants five star feedback...this has to be earned.
