Initial visit was very poor. I left feeling disappointed and very insulted . On meeting with Kevin Duffy on my second visit I was extremely pleased. I was met with the friendly but professional experience I would expect from Audi. The purchase if my car was simple and smooth. No hassle, no stress . I was kept informed throughout the whole experience. I love my new car and can’t thank Kevin enough for his advice and assistance.

Outstanding customer service, i must say this is the best experience i have ever had buying a used car. Morven Young the sales woman i was dealing with she made this such a good experience. She was very prompt on any emails and anything at all i asked was dealt with in a professional manner. I had the feeling even though the garage had a promotion on at the time that she just had me as a customer as the service was so good. I have had over 30 cars over the years and buying this one was outstanding. A lot of garages could learn so much from Glasgow Audi and Morven.

Everything was fine in relation to the service, however I didn’t receive the video until around 4hrs after the service. I would also check the coffee machine which was surrounded by flies and looked in need of a good clean.

A very smooth experience, the right car was found however it sold very quickly after I came to the showroom. Chris did an excellent job helping me find the right car and is still doing so…

All my discussions with Glasgow Audi was by telephone with Morven who was most helpful in all the discussions we had. To be honest most of the questions asked were mostly suited with n/a on this occasion. I dealt with Paul Maxwell who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I initially went in to look at a used Q2 that I seen online, which he was running about trying to locate for me and when I seen one in the showroom I realised it was too small. This didn’t annoy him and he was straight away trying to find me something that was more suitable. We settled on an A4 S Line automatic. He kept me updated from when I left the showroom until I picked up my new car and was always very nice and polite. I would highly recommend Paul at Audi Glasgow.
