As a replacement car is not offered, it causes problem. The car was promised to be ready by 16:45 and although I was told later that the car was ready for collection but it was not communicated and not updated on tracker. So, the communication was not great on this occasion!

car was brought in with Audi assist for a breakdown - it was a week before it could be inspected which is quite long I think?
