Hate what you’ve done to the showroom all service desks shoved through the back, no atmosphere , place feels like a morgue, staff appear to be miserable, too many changes of staff so you must be making their lives a misery with all your demands and targets.

Got the car back on Friday 21st October. Car had been given courtesy valet and as I requested to Ryan to remind valet team that the wheels also are part of the car they had cleaned them this time. This had not done on 27th July after you had the car 2 months in workshop.Unfortunately they had done a good job on everywhere except the bottom of the rear window below the boot lid and the roof which still showed the dirt in parts from before the valet had been done.I know these are minor points on what is a courtesy service but I was informed by a member of your staff when I moved over from VW to Audi that I had stepped up in terms of customer service and satisfaction.This us not what I am experiencing in the last 18 months I have been a very enthusiastic Audi customer with you since August 2006 and I am very much now looking for another brand of car to replace the A3 I ordered from you in April 2021 as it has been nothing like any of the other Audi's I have bought from you in terms of reliability and satisfaction.
