I thought the pricing was very expensive & you are not able to contact anyone with a direct phone number - I also left a message for someone to call me back & the message wasn’t passed on - also my car definitely wasn’t vacuumed inside as per the invoice - also I wasn’t informed to empty my boot in order for the spare tyre to be checked

My car was on a service plan and I also had to pay for additional work in total the whole thing cost around £500….. my car was cleaned at the end of the process but at a poor level….. it took the edge of an overall excellent experience

Overall a good experience however after receiving the video there was no follow up re the progress of my car in the workshop and I had to chase a progress report re the fault and outcome.I however was happy that the vehicle was returned earlier than expected.However again was disappointed that it developed a fault in the first place.

Lewis Darrah was excellent

Original booking was for 11am and was to take two hours. Turned out my car was more complex than first thought. We arrived at 10.30am and had to wait till around 4.30pm for the car. The bill was also double the original quote. It was a long boring experience we hope not to repeat in the future.

Overall service from all Audi staff was excellent.
